1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you may not use the Service.

1.2 Eligibility

The Service is only available to users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.3 Updates

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via email or a prominent notice on the Service). Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the new T&Cs.

2. The Unburden.cc Service Description

2.1 Service Overview

Unburden.cc is an AI-powered content creation platform that generates text, conducts real-time web searches, integrates citations, optimizes content based on user feedback, and creates editorial lines by analyzing the user's past content and designated external websites.

2.2 Reliance on AI

You acknowledge that content generated by the Service ("AI-Generated Content") is created using Large Language Models (LLMs). Due to the nature of AI, the content may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or repetitive. Consuly does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-Generated Content. You must exercise your own judgment and discretion when using any generated content.

2.3 Web Search and External Links

The Service may perform real-time web searches and integrate results or external links (citations) into the AI-Generated Content. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites linked within the generated content.

3. User Accounts and Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. User Content and Ownership

4.1 Ownership of Input Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content, text samples, documents, prompts, feedback, and Scraped Website Data you provide to the Service ("Input Content").

4.2 License to Consuly (Input & Scraped Data)

To provide and improve the Service, you grant Consuly and its third-party AI providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, analyze, and process the Input Content and Scraped Website Data solely for the purposes of generating content for your account, optimizing the Service, and improving the underlying AI models. This usage is detailed further in our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your adherence to these T&Cs and your payment of all applicable fees, you own the AI-Generated Content created specifically for your account. You may use, publish, and distribute this content for any legal purpose.

4.4 Content Restrictions and Compliance

You warrant that the Input Content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright) and is not illegal, defamatory, or harmful. You are solely responsible for checking the AI-Generated Content for accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards (e.g., plagiarism, libel, required disclosures).

5. Content Scraping and Data Usage

5.1 Authorization for Scraping

By designating a specific website URL(s) for the Service to analyze for editorial line creation or content optimization, you expressly authorize Unburden.cc to access, crawl, and analyze the content of that website ("Scraped Website Data").

5.2 User Warranty on Scraping Rights

You warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, or ownership (including explicit consent from any third-party owners) to authorize Consuly to scrape and process the content of the designated website(s) for the purposes described in these T&Cs.

5.3 Disclaimer on External Websites

Unburden.cc will only scrape websites that you have explicitly authorized and designated within your account settings. Any misuse of this feature by you that leads to unauthorized access or scraping of a third-party site is your sole liability.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to generate, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, promotes violence, violates privacy rights, or contains spam/malware.

6.2 Prohibited Use

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Service in any manner that violates these T&Cs or infringes on the rights of others.

6.3 Plagiarism and Misrepresentation

You must not use the AI to generate content and pass it off as human-authored without disclosure where legally or ethically required. You must not use the service to commit plagiarism or copyright infringement.

7. Fees, Payment, and Subscription

7.1 Subscription and Fees

Users agree to pay the subscription fees applicable to the plan they select (free or paid), which may be billed monthly or annually. All fees are set forth on the Unburden.cc pricing page and are subject to change upon notice to the user.

7.2 Automatic Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the current rate for your selected plan on the renewal date.

7.3 Payment Processing and Taxes

Payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and are subject to their terms. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, excluding only taxes based solely on Consuly's income.

7.4 Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will retain access until that time. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellation mid-cycle.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by User

Users can terminate their account at any time via the account settings.

8.2 Termination by Consuly

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these T&Cs, especially the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 6) or the Scraping clauses (Section 5), or if your payment fails repeatedly.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the license granted to you for the Service ends. We will handle the deletion and retention of your user data, including Input Content and Scraped Website Data, according to the Data Retention clause in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Consuly specifically disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, security, or error-free nature of the Service or the AI-Generated Content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Consuly's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these T&Cs or the use of the Service shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the User to Consuly in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Consuly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or content) related to the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Consuly, its affiliates, and its service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service.
• Any violation of these T&Cs.
• Your Input Content or your Scraped Website Data, including any claim that they infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of a third party.
• Your reliance on or use of the AI-Generated Content.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these T&Cs or the Service shall be subject to mandatory binding arbitration in Singapore, or resolution through the appropriate courts of Singapore.
