We store the blog posts, articles, or other text generated by our AI for your account.

Important Note on AI Model Improvement: We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from user inputs and generated content to improve our AI models and algorithms. We do not use your Input Content or Generated Content for training third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) without explicit consent.

To generate content, we use third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers. Your input content and prompts are sent to these providers to generate the output.   • We select providers that commit to not using customer data for training their models without explicit consent
  • We have data processing agreements in place with these providers to protect your information

  • Communications: We retain communications with our support team based on the nature of the inquiry and any ongoing relationship.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time period, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons. Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be kept for longer periods for analytics and service improvement purposes.

Consuly Pte. Ltd. is based in Singapore, and your data is primarily processed and stored in Singapore.
